1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the website of Well Fed Community Development Corporation ("Well Fed," "we," "us," or "our") dedicated to our member services at wellfedcommunities.org (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, creating a member account, or completing enrollment/order forms on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register, log in, or use the Site.

2. Purpose and Program Overview

Well Fed is an Arkansas 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Site wellfedcommunities.org is specifically designed and operated for prospective and active members of our medically tailored grocery box programs. The Site provides program information, member account access, enrollment forms, and box ordering functionality.

3. Member Accounts, Registration, and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To enroll in our programs and place orders for medically tailored grocery boxes, you must register for a Wix member account on the Site using a valid username and password.

3.2 Account Security & Credentials

All user credentials and account authentication data are hosted and managed securely via Wix. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials or security breach.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion if user conduct violates these Terms, provides fraudulent information, or misuses program resources.

4. Program Enrollment and Box Orders

  • Enrollment & Ordering Forms: Program enrollment and grocery box ordering are processed through embedded Jotform forms on the Site.

  • Eligibility & Availability: Program participation and grocery box deliveries are subject to eligibility verification, program rules, and service area availability.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out enrollment and order forms.

5. Health, Medical, and Nutrition Disclaimer

  • Cookies and Session Management: The Site utilizes essential functional cookies and session tracking provided by Wix to manage user logins, maintain authenticated member sessions, and secure account access.

  • Third-Party Service Embeds: The Site embeds third-party tools, including Wix for account management and Jotform for enrollment and order forms. Your interaction with these embedded features is subject to these Terms as well as the respective privacy and security practices of our third-party service providers.

6. Cookies, Authentication, and Third-Party Services

  • Cookies and Session Management: The Site utilizes essential functional cookies and session tracking provided by Wix to manage user logins, maintain authenticated member sessions, and secure account access.

  • Third-Party Service Embeds: The Site embeds third-party tools, including Wix for account management and Jotform for enrollment and order forms. 7. Mobile Application (Spaces by Wix)

Members can also access program features, manage their accounts, and place orders on the go using the Spaces by Wix mobile application connected to the Site. Your use of the mobile application is subject to these Terms as well as any applicable mobile app platform policies and store terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site solely for legitimate, non-commercial personal participation in Well Fed's member programs. You agree NOT to:

 

  • Use another individual's account credentials without authorization.

  • Provide false or misleading identity or eligibility details.

  • Attempt to compromise the security, infrastructure, or proper operation of the Site or its embedded forms.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, text, graphics, and materials on wellfedcommunities.org are owned by or licensed to Well Fed Community Development Corporation and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is Basis: The Site and all associated services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Well Fed Community Development Corporation, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, member account, or program services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
